老年人饮食注意事项

饮食要以“滋阴润肺”为基本准则,另外还应“少辛增酸”。就是说多食芝麻、核桃、糯米、蜂蜜、甘蔗等,可以起到滋阴润肺养血的作用;少吃葱、姜、蒜、辣椒等辛辣食品;多吃广柑、山楂、新鲜蔬菜、酸味食品。对于年老胃弱的人,可晨起喝粥以益骨生津。 老年人少喝鸡汤 秋季一到,又进入大补的黄金时间,老年人、体弱多病者或处于恢复期的病人,都习惯用老母鸡炖汤喝,甚至认为鸡汤的营养比鸡肉高。其实,鸡汤所含的营养比鸡肉要少得多。据研究,高胆固醇、高血压、肾脏功能较差者、胃酸过多者、胆管疾病患者,不宜多喝鸡汤。如果盲目以鸡汤进补,只会进一步加重病情,对身体有害无益。 老人秋季吃什么 根据中医理论,秋季饮食关键是滋阴润燥,具有滋阴润燥的食物有芝麻、雪梨、荸荠、蜂蜜、银耳、苹果、香蕉、葡萄、菜、萝卜、藕、豆制品等。老年人多有肝肾阴虚,加之感受燥邪易导致肺部疾病,预防这类疾病,饮食上多遵循生津润肺的原则。常选用梨、冰糖、银耳、沙参、鸭子等养阴生津的食物,或黄芪、党参、乌贼、甲鱼等能益气保健。 老来秋防脑血栓 有资料表明,秋天为脑血栓发病率最高的季节。其中又以清晨时60岁以上的老人发病为最多。秋天要避免发生脑血栓,老人应注意以下几点: 多食水果、蔬菜,以利润肠通便,水果有苹果、香蕉、梨等;蔬菜有韭菜、山芋、芋头、药芹等。 晚饭前用蜂蜜15克(约一食匙)对水50毫升饮用,因为蜂蜜不仅有润肠通便功效,常服还可调节人体生理机能,使老人身体健康,延年益寿。
